Learn how to apply Lifeproof Home 4-in-1 Washer Cleaner and Protectant

Our washer cleaner and protectant can be applied in just 3 simple steps and a 4th optional step. Follow the instructions below to ensure a successful application.

Step 1 Empty Washing Machine: Remove all clothing and other items from the machine. 

Step 2 Add Power Shot:

Front-Load Washer: Pour the Power Shot into the liquid soap tray and run a normal or heavy cycle with hot water setting.

Top-Load Washer: First, run the machine on a normal or heavy cycle with hot water setting. once the machine begins filling pour the Power Shot into the machine.

Step 3 Let it Cure: Allow the protective coating to cure for 12 hours before running the machine again.

Step 4 Clean Gasket & Seal (Optional):

Front-Load Washer: Spray included hasket cleaner/protectant directly onto the door gasket and wipe clean with a towel.

Top-Load Washer: Spray included gasket cleaner/protector directly onto the underside of the top lid area and wipe clean with a towel.

Your cleaning and protection is complete!

Now that you have applied the protective coating and let the machine cure, you now have up to 90-days of protection from grime, buildup, odor, and more!
